  1. I ordered the book last week and am reading it now…

    As someone working extensively with monthly donors aka recurring donors, aka sustainers, retention is major… he, Sustainers ARE Retainers… and the more people understand that, the better off all nonprofits are! You want to be around in the future, right?

    And, you know Roger, when he writes, it’s easy to read and understandable… so what are you waiting for?
