Donor Superstars Now Available
Our latest white paper on donor loyalty, Donor Superstars: Working with Your Missionaries, is now available. Based in part upon our DonorTrends survey research, Donor Superstars looks at two very special groups of donors — Recruiters and Loyalists.
Recruiters are the donors who actively recommend your mission or cause to others. Loyalists are the donors who contribute month after month, year after year. Twenty percent of donors put themselves into one or both of these categories (the two groups don’t entirely overlap). If a greater proportion of your nonprofit’s donors fits these profiles, count yourself lucky indeed!
Donor Superstars looks at the characteristics, attitudes, value and giving behaviors, and channel preferences of these special donors, and suggests how you can optimize the value of both sets of donors to your organization.
Donor Superstars is available free to Agitator Premium subscribers. Just login and download. Or, you can purchase Donor Superstars "a la carte" for $50 (packaged with its companion white paper, Donor Loyalty: The Holy Grail of Fundraising) by visiting The Agitator’s new online Store. All of our previous white papers are also available for purchase in the Store.
But the best deal is to join our Premium service for $96 (a bit more for consultants and agencies) and get:
- All of our white papers (six now published),
- Plus free seats at our live Editors Briefings (next one is June 4 on Donor Loyalty),
- Plus unlimited access to our private resource library, The Vault.
With donor acquisition becoming more and more difficult, the importance of donor loyalty — retaining current donors — is elevating commensurately. We think you will find the information and advice in our Donor Loyalty white papers helpful as you tackle this challenge.
