Idle Hands Are The Devil’s Playground

June 9, 2010      Admin

It’s not exactly like we were sitting around wondering what to do with our free time (other than reading Chaucer), but when the request came from our colleagues over at DonorTrends to contribute to their new blog named Fundraising Action,  we leaped at the opportunity.

We thought about the economy of merging  the two blogs together, but decided against that for two reasons: 1) The Agitator has a distinct and special group of readers and a community we don’t want to disturb; and, 2) there is a crying need for more specific “how to” tools, techniques and best practices that the wider DonorTrends Team and its network of partners can bring to the party.

We hope you and other Agitator readers will take the opportunity to  double-dip and sign up to also receive  Fundraising Action in your email each morning.

The goal of Fundraising Action is to provide free, actionable advice on topics  such as donor retention…mid-level donors…monthly sustainers…acquisition…predictive modeling…testing…donor and activist identification…and multi-channel integration.

So take a minute and sign up to receive your free copy of Fundraising Action in your email box beginning tomorrow.
