Imbabazi

What a life!

The Washington Post reports the death of Rosamond Carr, who at age 82, after the horrific massacres in Rwanda in 1994, started an orphanage for Rwandan children, called Imbabazi … meaning: “a place where you will receive all the love and care a mother would give.”

She had lived in Rwanda since 1949, and clearly loved its people.

Where do people like Rosamond Carr come from? The world sure needs more of them. What will be our or your contribution at age 82?
