We’ve talked about how it makes people more likely to like you and how it’s an easy retention win. And we’ve talked about the most common comments on donor surveys. That’s just in 2018.
Now it’s time to put our money where our mouth is.
A few months ago, we created the new Agitator | DonorVoice site. It’s time to check to see how we are doing.
